A guy from German posted on RB that the split occurred as of close yesterday in Berlin. Wonder why it didn't show up here today. It will probably show up on Tuesday.

it is a lot easier to merge or buy gate with fewer shares outstanding not to mention allowing vc firms in if needed .We may see a buyout depending on the acceptance of the technology but it may be a few quarters down the road.Obviously small shareholders will be shaken off but who cares gate doesn't they can take distressed telephone calls all day .
