This is of course just a reprint of the press release made by the company back on May 6. dch-technology.com What I find significant is that more and more of the respected industry press is picking up DCH news stories for reprint. The new sensor manufacturing facility is a tripling of their capacity and is in a stand alone building; not just a knocking down of the walls as previously thought. With DCH about to emerge as a major player in the fuel cell arena it should be noted that for every hydrogen fuel cell deployed, there is a need for 2 sensors, one in the feed, the other for the unit. Not unlike the old Beach Boy's tune, the new theme will be, " two sensors for evvvvvry celllllllll " With other companies in the industry, like MHTX for example trading with an 80 million to 150 million market cap , a comparatively fair value for DCHT would be 8 to 15 times the current price. If you wanted to compare it to Ballard, well, get out your calculator, because Ballard trades at 2.5 Billion market cap, dwarfing DCHT's $ 8 million cap. ( based on 11 million shares outstanding). Also, keep in mind Ballards 600 million investment by Ford and D-Chrysler. Anyone thinking that DCHT is over-valued simply isn't paying attention. Once brokers get involved, ( assuming there are brokers interested, and their Form 10 is officially announced), a repeat of last year's explosive move from 75 cents to $ 8.00 isn't out of the question as supply will quickly be gobbled up, and demand outstripping supply is what makes wall street work. This time however, I wouldn't expect it to pull all the way back, and indeed, can be carried to much greater highs, assuming it all falls in line. Disclaimer: For those that don't know, the above statement is one of opinion and my own theory, and is not endorsed by DCH management; and is biased by the fact that I was once a consultant for DCHT in late 1998, and early 1999, and thereby received a $ 5,000 payment and 100,000 shares for my efforts. I am now President and General Manager of copower.com , an authorized dealer of products ranging from fuel cells and sensors, to wearable computers and microturbines, and Dept. of Energy approved electronic lighting products.
