INFO looks like it's gonna break out. It's not exactly being distributed> I say buy it at 3/16 just in case. $19 price target issued earlier this week, as brought to us by Lady Nada. Emerald research was the firm. FWIW. It's up pretty good for the week and it looks like it wants to go higher.
