Exactly my point re: antenna. Can't make it right, quit.

Dealer - #1 reason I didn't want another Jeep, our's is bad, my girlfriend(now wife) had a Wrangler and I knew how bad the service dept was. We traded it in anyway and have lived to regret it.
At about 20 months, radio had lights out for the 2nd time, took it in, 11 weeks later and threats we got it back.
Scratched the tailgate when brand new(deleiverd that way), they repainted the tailgate in a brand new car.
Hood scratched during one service, they repainted that too.
The trans was misdiagnosed and returned, they finally got it right the 2nd time.

Can you imagine a multi billion $ corp telling you they don't have a replacement radio and letting you go without for 11 weeks?

Warranty is up, needless to say I won't go back to them again.
