There is one piece of the bear case which seems to me to be missing so far. One of Bob's five root causes of a bear market is rapid economic growth. I know that the 4% or so that we have now is more than the Fed wants, but is it really enough to trigger a bear call, especially since the CIBCR is only said to be a foreteller of future inflation, not present.

Is that a move of 0.94% per month? If so, 0.94% per month corresponds with 11.3% per year.
