Michael Foods did that and it still went down - and stayed down. I believe it was down 1/2 today. In fact, through this latest market rally it sold off somewhat.

And I would respond that they were able to get pretty cheap financing by selling at only a 10% discount to the market. And, given the fact that the company has been a target of lawsuits in the past, I for one applaud their taciturnity.
