The reason last years numbers are listed next to March 31, 1999 is for a comparison. Therefore you cannot compare one quarter with a full year. That is why I am fairly sure the March 31, 1999 column is listing those items beneath it for a nine month period. You should have a hard copy of this or perhaps Mike Hodge does, again I am fairly certain I am accurate. The hard copy of this filing will definitely list the period clearer. Above that column will either read Quarter or Nine Months.
