NEWS READ LAST LINE...err the Lines...the Lines..or Da Plane ...Da Plane: New Blue Ribbon Resources Ltd - New Blue Ribbon completes private placement New Blue Ribbon Resources Ltd NBL Shares issued 7,994,812 1999-07-06 close $0.14 Thursday Jul 8 1999 Mr. Larry Kryska reports The company has completed a private placement as was announced in Stockwatch June 18, 1999. The company has sold 1,156,933 units at a price of 15 cents per unit, for net proceeds to the company of $173,540.02. Each unit is comprised of one common share and one non-transferable share purchase warrant. Each share purchase warrant entitles the holder thereof to purchase one additional common share of the company at a price of 17 cents per share for a period of 12 months. The expiry date of the shares issued to the placees in this private placement, and the shares to be issued to the placees upon exercise of the warrants is Jan. 4, 2000. There are no bonuses, finders' fees, or commissions paid by means of securities or cash with regard to this private placement. The company has received preliminary data from a high resolution aeromagnetic (HRAM) survey for a small portion of the Pelican Mountains block in the Calling Lake area. The data are currently under review and the company expects preliminary results shortly.
