A spin off IPO isn't always a good thing. Example: AURA spun off NewCom. Aura kept about 85% of NWCM shares and shareholders got zilch. Aura sold shares to keep a once prospering company afloat. The reason, NWCM was it's cash cow and they spun it off. NWCM with great original potential now is bankruptcy. Aura is delisted and no longer traded because they can't afford a CPA to file SEC filings. NWCM was at a high of approx $13 and Aura was at about $3.50 at the spin off. If current shareholders get shares in the new company it is great. If not, anything could happen. i.e JNNE goes under and spin-off continues with us holding no shares. Just something to think about. You might want to get clarification on what current shareholders would get from an IPO.
