I don't believe that merely posting the Ten Commandments without more advocates a religion anymore than putting up a menorah (sp?) or a creche or any of the other silly prohibitions. My point on the reading is that I'd rather see an discussion relative to something with import as opposed to the usual empty headed liberal pet causes about which my children seem to hear on a daily basis. I believe the Ten Commandments are straightforward and as our experience indicates can engender a decent and thought provoking discussion. As long as you are civil with me you will find me equally so. Have a pleasant holiday weekend. JLA
