You thought you had latched onto something big
this morning. you were implying that Franklin
could not possibly have 75 employees because
you found this "salary expense" item that said
$621,000 for 1999 and somewhere around 400K for
1998.

what YOU FAIL TO REALIZE is that this is an
ACCRUED LIABILITY, not an expense on the income
statement. salary expenses are included
in "Selling and General Administrative".
Salary expenses do not have to be broken out.

what the accrued liability means is just that...
a salary that had not been paid as of the end of
the quarter. Probably Frank peters deferring his
own salary
