From this PR it makes it seem like they both simultaneously dropped the suits and walked away happy making all this a waste of time and money.

On the other hand, I bet MDCE came out on top, got some of them shares back (if not all), and will wait til after the holidays to release the PR with details.

Seems like a waste to put out a PR on the Friday before a long weekend unless you wanted to keep a low key...

Looking forward to MDCE version of the details...<g>

Any knowledge on how soon they will be reporting. Emails to Eric
have not been responde and had no luck in getting the
phone answered. Seems like we will get the E soon if on the
ticker.
