What are your thoughts on HOFF- I think you used to follow it. TEXP had alot of action today. Your thoughts? 5 million shares traded and only a small move? Ron

EGEO is ''bouncing'' + 15% ! - don't get greedy/ CRK up 25% in less than a week... ..anyone still riding EGEO here ? - I'll probably start letting some go at $1 3/8 and keep some ''zero cost basis'' shares for the longterm turnaround... but, I am not passing up anything near a 50% short term profit taking opp. XTO - is a buying - partial entry opp today on over $1 weakness; if you're not in yet... OEI had a 275K big block buy this a.m. .... UPR will get institutional mo-mo here soon... Curious to see if we get a break out over OSX 80-82 here , friday, monday ? - profit taking is coming... this is the last ''nasty'' downward revised earnings reporting period... it will get hit, stops will get ''run'' and the Street will do their ''Shake Out'' thing BEFORE they start buying heavy... only time will tell. Have limit sell orders on RIG VTS here - hoping for some $2+ breakouts... and/or a $3-4 run here - and I am a profit taker at those prices - prior to the coming earnings releases. FLC may be an interesting ''call option'' play after any shakeout from the earnings reporting... could see an $8/$9 run to $13-15 by Q1 2000 - calls could be huge on a post Q4 1999 OSX fundamental driven rally....
