There are many sources on the web, for example IPO.com does some offerings which range from wine companies to internet deals. There are also many to be wary of too. Red Herring is a good subscription loaded with lots of info. What type of private placement are you looking for? Do you want information on any company or are you looking just for internet or tech deals? Do you want to come in on the ground floor, or maybe in their second or third stage of financing? I didn't have time to call US Funding today, but I will try to give them a call Tuesday after the holiday weekend. What type of info did they send you on Emsanet? What in it makes you hesitant? What look good about it? How much money are they trying to raise? Bert
