The US is involved. Most of Starnet's revenue comes from the US. It's just that Starnet as a "house" doesn't accept North American wagers. Starnet management made a decision to not solicit business from the United States due to legal uncertainties. Should legislation ever pass banning Internet gambling in the US Starnet should be unaffected.

About eight states prohibit their citizens from I-gambling and by closing all fifty states, the company is not exposed to crazy AG's.
