Amen. I loaded up on this pup at $2 after dabbling a bit at higher prices. I probably overpaid when I originally bought in the high $2's, but I thought it was a steal at $2. Thought about buying even more at $1, but until they get to at least the Nasdaq Small Cap market it's still a risky play. Great potential, but not something I would want to bet serious money on. The 10% rule hasn't been as reliable of late - and there's no real reason I can think of why it SHOULD follow it - just that for quite a period of time it DID. Fund
