Gene, Blue Ribbon is an expert, but I think he was fed some suspect prices on Rambus. The reason is that the DRAM cos. don't want to make this certain failure product and are trying to make it look even worse than it is. The whisper I hear is that Rambus will only be about 5 times the price of PC100 and 6 times the price of PC133, not 8 times. IMHO, that is one lily that needs no gilding. This thing is going to sell like Gatorade at a Crocodile convention. <g> It is truly one of Intel's all-time great scamolas.
