I think in terms of lot (next house) payments.
I've two trucks (SUV/Work Van) but, no payments.
Business, house/land and education are the only loans
worthy of payments. IMHO.

My "Pipedream" is for GPGI to cover the remainder of
Lot 152 Fox Chase...hey, "If You Never Dream, You Can
Never Have A Dream Come True".

Regards,

Thor,

You truncate the story --The young bull says to the old bull while overlooking a bunch of heffers in the valley--Young bull says "why do we not run down there and knock off a couple? Old bull says--why not walk down and knock off them all?

Now, back to business--what business?

Miniscule volue, anybody can play here. Anyone still talk to the present management (whomever they may be)? Any "unofficial" news?
Any decent "rumors"?

Well, history tells us that Nero played his fiddle while rome was burning. That, historically, is a valid management approach. While not recommended, it still remains historically valid. Nero did what he felt appropriate, I am sure. What could he have done anyway.

I have no idea whether Jensen plays the fiddle. I know that he plays golf. Anybody know?

Not musically talented, Jack!
