In my opinion, they should sue in the UK, since MR Tobin is from there and the defamation Laws are very tough! There, as a defendant, you actually have to prove that everything you wrote about the Company is true, which in this case would be kind of tough.... Since the impact of the Internet is now considered a Worldwide event, there is no reason why not to sue in the UK or any other country under British Law. I don't believe SLAPP is applicable here, where you have a Group of predatory individuals conspiring to manipulate equities by any means, including illegal ones, at their disposal. They are not the VICTIMS but the PREDATORS that just got CARELESS and now will have to suffer the consequences. BTW, what does FBN'ers stand for? F. Goelo + + +
