KOOP is just coming off the quiet period and with the name recognition and buy out rumors, perhaps it is a bit early?
There seems to be money coming off the side lines and 30 looks doable.
Much juicier short @ 30.

STMP can come down as quick as it went up. Any negative news on Pitney Bowes law suit will let out a lot of air.
