Found small float 400K on a web ad, company that seems to be heading north on light volume and relatively no new news. The Stock is NPSC it looks like a turn around play that bought two companies within the year and had positive earnings last quarter .(They are reporting quarterly) some information is coming from RAGING bULL and SI boards. Began accumulating between1.25-2. Looks like earnings were expected last week, but were delayed, one poster on RB thread stated CEO e-mailed and said earnings were to be as good as last quarter if not better. Company is 70% owned by insiders including 30% owned by Trumps brother. Looks as though they may have BUY BANNER technology for their WEB advertisers. Chart looks like it is slowly being accumulated between .75-1.38 Company gave warrants at 7 dollar range , company including insiders have vested interest in my opinion to obtain 5-7 dollar range for the stock. Please give your opinion on how this looks, Thanks in advance!!!
