I was in at 13 flipped it a couple of times on the way up...then saw my 40% gain squashed. I don't even like NASCAR, but the sport and the demand for these die cast and other memorabilia is clearly there, and growing. The stuff is ubiquitous, and I was extremely optimistic about the future of the company with the ERTL acquisition... However, mgmt cannot seem to execute, and even their handling of such an announcement was pathetic. Then, they receive buyout offer for $10 per share, and they claim it inadequate. If it's so inadequate, heck, they can have my shares for $10 if it's such a great value. At the very least they owe us a better explanation as to why, and what they are going to do to pump up the price. I believe the sell-off was overdone and anyone who buys now should be sitting pretty. I wouldn't be surprised to see the stock bounce a bit, but something better be in the works to get us back to double digits in short order. I have contacted IR to request better information/communccation with shareholders and what is being done to increase shareholder value. They owe us that. -Minos
