Mr. Burns:

...I highly recommend you take the time to read through this thread from the beginning....

Reviewing this thread, I find that you and your other "defendants" have done a masterful job of investigation.

Some of the posts that really stand out:

exchange2000.com 2400 Summary
exchange2000.com 2591 Momentum
exchange2000.com 2592 Momentum (cont)
exchange2000.com 2637 Elder
exchange2000.com 2849 Swiftrade - Amber
exchange2000.com 2393 Amber & Veritas

exchange2000.com 2248 Playboy
exchange2000.com 2391 Playboy Suit - Text

exchange2000.com 2667 Porn Links

exchange2000.com 2044 Posters
exchange2000.com 2098 Posters
exchange2000.com 2107 Posters

exchange2000.com 2059 M&A - Valuation
exchange2000.com 2069 M&A - Valuation

I'm sure I've missed a lot.

Yet, in reading the thread a don't recall a report from the transfer agent regarding the current issued share count and float. Given the fact that the Company is silent as to what "currency" they are using to pay for their "acquisitions," I think that that information would be worthwhile.

Moreover, since the Company appears reticent to disclose how acquisitions are paid for, it is impossible to perform even rudimentary quantitative analysis as to what this company may or may not be worth. (as you pointed out in the last two links which were an excellent summation of the valuation issues involved with typical M&A activities).

Permit me to emphasize that this problem calls into question the ...adequacy of publically-disseminated information. :-)

Mr. Burns, lets also start to focus on the other companies Veritas is touting out of their headquarters located in ZSUNS headquarters. Also the founder of the threads last name sounds familiar. I came across Jennifer McNutt in my searches, this was a maiden name. Call me today for details. Does ZSUN own stock in companies that they and Veritas tout? A subpoena will tell us allot when the time comes since most of the money ZSUN made was from selling stock according to their audited financials.

LPasko--This stock (ZSUN) was recommended to me by a PR outfit named Veritas. I bot some as a speculation. They also set me on a stock
named Titan Motorcycle(tmot) that produces the top of the line custom heavy bikes(about $5.00)..The Jag of the industry and the co. is profitable and going on small cap soon. This co. is on SI. Type tmot for thread. They have had a tie-in with Playboy and are negotiating with Shelby Motors of the race car Shelbies for 500 units. Multi million deal for tmot. ZSUN may be a sleeper with their foreign internet ownerships. Don't know much more about it at present. Try Veritas web site and get on e-mail or phone call list. Will let you know if further info is obtained from Veritas as they call me now and again. Can't say good or bad about their suggestions yet as they are fairly new to my portfolio. I don't get too involved with bb stocks but thought I'd give these two a shot. I am also in FTEL but that one has become a dog. Am holding on for now.
