When I voted for a change in management for Fr. Gregory and his entire slate of directors, I voted for exactly that. The entire slate of Directors. With that CHANGE of the entire Board, it would have given the newly elected Board the power to appoint an entirely new management team and to make the necessary day to day decisions as they saw fit.

Currently no individual from the "dissidents" slate have any management positions what so ever.

This apparent tactic by old management, to circumvent the shareholder vote is not really fooling anyone.

If old Naxos management feels they won the election by the rules and procedures in effect at the time of the meeting, I hope they press for an early resolution of the matter to save shareholders the unnecessary costs of litigation.

No shareholder voted for this lame duck board.
