Ripu, its not uncommon for a price to be mentioned. I have no idea how this information comes about, but I suppose one way of looking at it is if someone was to start an unfounded rumour, why not put a $45 price on it .... its not unreasonable, and there owuld be a bigger appreciation in NETG's run-up.

I noticed that DCLK didn't pay a large premium for Abacus .... so perhaps $35 is on offer ???. If so its up to NETG management to talk the price up. After all, its all 'internet' money ... and DCLK needs to move quickly whilst earnings are on the horizon, their price is strong, and NETG's is somewhat depressed. The timing is optimal as far as I can see, though the price could drag negotiations on a while longer I suppose.

Its all interesting stuff.... but again, with the nets starting to fire again, I doubt there's a big downside risk to owning NETG anyway.
