About time... that is a great new development ... I believe if you receive any stock free or for services from anyone not just the company and talk about that stock you should have to disclose what you have been compensated for and for what it was paid ... This is going to stop all the so called ridiculous consulting contracts and options plus close the loop hole of consultants and promoters giving stock to posters on line for whatever the reason.

I have already been through allegations of this ... i returned all the stock and now if I take stock or am compensated I will disclose that transaction. The law is coming to the OTC and it is about time.

These secret chats and day trading picks are going to get tagged also. The SEC has snerts in those rooms logging the chat. They also have agents that are logging and forwarding the chat.

Just a matter of time before a lot of what the internet is used to is against the law. Robbing banks was against the law til they passed a law against it.
