Man, that quake freaked me out. I just came back in the house. I live in a building that would become a pile of rubble in a really bad quake. And that was the second minor 3-4 quake on the Seattle fault in two days.

By the way... Good call on the strength. TV says it was 5.0 located near Satsop. Deep and rolling. Oh my.

Hope no aftershocks. I had no idea Seattle had earthquakes.
St. Louis is not far from the New Madrid fault, which caused a series of earthquakes in 1811-1812; church bells rang in Boston, and the course of the Mississippi was changed. We have a 90% chance of another within 50 years, so we'll keep our fingers crossed.
