I say no institutional buying b/c DGIV is not a reporting company. Seems like an institution would need financial reports to justify a million share purchase, which is what someone bought lately and hurriedly. But you might ask a broker or call a small cap fund. I don't know who buys non-reporting companies except net traders, domestic speculators(us) and maybe foreigners in the know.

But I really don't have a clue as to who or why, but "what" is pretty obvious. If I had to guess, I'd say the upturn today on good volume (for DGIV) portends something special soon.

Look, Jimmy is out in Santa Monica doing business b/c the doors are open, the phones are on and that takes money. No news out of the company for months. And no one at the company will even give you the time of day. So they are being real quiet for a reason. My GUESS is that they are about to break this thing open and become reporting, operational and revenue bearing-or-they are quietly plotting their escape. The action of the past few days makes me want to guess the former rather than the latter.

I have been in since 10/96 and I am NOT selling now. When you buy BB you really just buy management and Jimmy is a workaholic and a promoter(IMHO), and he has surrounded himself with some experienced telephone people. All of those employees are not staying for no reason, and they are all stockholders.

But this is not an investment(if you can call it that) for the feint hearted or those who are marginally capitalized. You must have liquid reserves or you can't piss in tall weeds with the big dogs.

Amen. IMHO-IMHO-IMHO.
