Can someone explain to me as why TBFC is trading 3 dollars below EGRP. If TBFC is going to be converted to 1.05 shares of EGRP shouldn't the value of TBFC shares be closer to EGRP shares?

I thought about buying TBFC since it will become EGRP in the near future, but if it was that easy everybody would be doing it, so something is wrong. Any thoughts? italiana
