Good job man...I would be a bit more worried with these long deliberations...if they are trying to work out a verdict, I would be inclined to think it will be one against the tobacco cos, the longer this thing gets drawn out..I mean, would you think that most of the jurors have in fact sided with big tob on this one..I think not...my guess is that most want to convict and perhaps one or two are not sure, but will ultimately side with the majority here..hope I'm wrong..
