Bill, You are right. I should give him some credit for at least voicing his concerns and sending out letters. After all, he seems to have nailed the put warrant scam fairly well.

I am guessing that the Fed might be thinking about raising margin requirements, and if so, that such a raise will come as a complete surprise to most stockholders.

Unlike their careful telegraphing of interest rate moves (lately), I think that a margin rate increase would be abrupt and shocking.
