Some of the guys from #icons_of_daytrading on irc.othernet.org have made some pretty outrageous claims about MCOM. And i tend to agree with whats being said. How often does a small technology company with an _actual_ product and a _workable_ vision get the kind of capital necessary to change the face of an entire industry? Not very often. The disconnect rate on the ricochet modem is less than that of a regular dial-up ISP. Infact, i've never once experienced a disconnect personally. Paul Allen obviously has bigger plans in mind with such a huge investment in this small company. My general suspicion is that he will try to bundle various telcom products, from wireless to cable internet access. Regardless, MCOM is going to be huge. We're dealing with a pure play on a NATIONWIDE WIRELESS ISP. I mean, come on. Companies with one tenth the vision, and one hunderedth the ability to excute have market caps 10x that of MCOM.
