Thanks for the stuff about the SEC. My understanding is that one of the prime causes of the Crash was that investors were margining 90 cents on the dollar. Now, of course, the SEC controls the maximum amount of margin that is allowed.

All. FYI. IE 5 Content Advisor problem solved. >>

Here's how:

1. Go to Control Panel
2. Select Add/Remove Programs
3. Select IE and Internet Tools
4. Select Repair

The system then "Repairs" the program (without telling you whether there was even something wrong in the first place. Then reboots itself, and problem solved. IE 5 must have gotten corrupted somehow.
