Given the purpose of us creating the "fund", the best scenerio will be if we see some significant business reorganization or new clear direction or closure this coming week that tells us the fund would serve no further purpose. And then donate what's left to the memorial fund from those that wish to approve their portions. I only mention this because many that donated do not post here and may have some different thoughts on it. I plan to donate either way. Bruce
