I give the nod to MBT, tho I admit I haven't used ABW much lately. The MBT system is usually reliable and customer service remains exceptional. Calls are answered immediately, there is a separate number for Josie the margin clerk who is always helpful. I don't think much of their clearer Southwest - there are often errors in the margin report which originates with Southwest (as a result of which Josie and I have become quite chummy) - but the operations for which MBT is directly responsible are first-rate.
