That's interesting about the mkt cap. Thanks for passing that on. i am looking forward to the listing, as I am sure everyone around here is!

I'm not sure there are any regulatory rules against recommending bb stocks; I do know that if a broker recommends a bb stock, he/she must give the client a canned warning about the risks involved before they purchase. In most cases I believe it is the broker houses that have their own internal rules against recommending bb's, and I certainly don't blame them. There really aren't many snmm's in the bb world; most are dogs, and a good many are scams.
