Every answer by Sylver: "busy defending ourselves against the short selling campaign"...

How, exactly? I don't recall them ever even mentioning Janice's name in a press release before. Of course there's the lawsuit (again, nothing to do with Janice et al.), in which they looked pathetic. Usually a company will at least put a "we're going to put a special forcefield around the stock to stop short selling" press release out. A losing effort in the lawsuit hardly seems like the basis for a future expedition into paranoia.

Have they even filed the suit, or just milking it for PR and to smear people? Have 111 people even posted to this board?

No witnesses... someone definitely "shooting at the building"... gee Mike, you didn't stage that perhaps, did you?

Were all these press releases on Business Wire? Could be hurting their brand name...

Mikey and 'Big Numbers'

Recall from the Real Audio interview that AZNT products would be every mall in America by October 31 (that's a lot of malls <g>). Mikey says he'll end shortselling in America (that's a lot of short-sellers <g>). And of course, we've gone over the 250 SF stores, too. Mikey makes up a lot of stuff. Why should the 111 other message-board participants be any different.

The Mikey Methodology:
1. Think of some bizarre, twisted statement to make for the company.
2. Read batting averages from back of baseball cards to fill in appropriate numbers.
3. Blather, Rinse, Repeat.
