I agree that a wide range of investors are interested in IPO's of e-commerce/internet companies. My concern is, how would a spin off benefit current JNNE holders. i.e would we receive shares of the new company, would we receive warrants to purchase shares at a set price. Say we received warrants to buy stock at X dollars a share and the price dropped below that level. We would end up holding warrants which would have no value, plus, what would be JNNE's source of income as a company? This could also devalue our stock in JNNE. Just some things to look out for and to ponder. I hope a spin off will give current shareholders X number of shares for each share of JNNE held.
