Say you had 10,000 shares in one of the companies that did a spinoff. On average how many shares would you get for the spinoff. Could you give an example of how the spinoffs work.

IMP, I see no reason why JNNE should not reach those prices without an IPO. Scenario I was speaking to was that Go Online gets spun off with an IPO. Lets say I have 5000 shares of JNNE. How many shares will a holder of JNNE be given for the new spinoff IPO company? 10 shares for every 1000 of JNNE owned? that gets me 50 shares of the new company and Go Online goes to the prices you listed while JNNE climbs maybe to $2.00 to $5.00? Which would you rather have 50 shares at $20 or 5000 shares at $20? Huge difference. Is there something I am not accounting for? Also JNNE could actually decrease in price from the spinoff depending on what core value is left ie kiosk business etc if it doesn't reflect solid revenue potential.

Were you in on any of those IPO's? Were they spinoffs from primary companies and what are the current values of the primary company's stock? Of course these days with this market its anyones guess as to how things would end up. Fundamentals have been tossed out the window in lieu of hype/psychology in the tech sector...
