If memory serves, Terry actually hasn't raised children. (Not sure that he doesn't have some somewhere or everywhere.) It's always fascinating to hear the views of childless people. It can be helpful to get their input, their view on how your children and society's children appear to them. And then of course there's the reality of actually raising them and discovering that it ain't so easy!
