Charles, Correct me if I am wrong, but didn't the Habsburgs help trigger WWI by having a parade right in downtown Sarajevo with the Duke and all? Didn't some Serbian Nationalist jump atop the car and blast him? Then Austria declared war on Serbia and four muddy, gas-filled trench war years later it was over with virtually nothing solved? Of course, minus the 10 million dead, this is what we have now in Kosovo. Same deal. The treaty that will soon erode and cause more strife and war. Of course, what does Clinton and Albright care? He will be the proud recipient of the Nobel Peace Prize and on his million dollar-a-pop speaking tour around the world. Wag-the-drooling-masses Bubba, you will get your "legacy" yet. -John
