"I am just curious, are you a CKFR shareholder as well as being as CKFR client? I've read back through your previous posts and am not sure."

Yes, 75,000 shares (50,000 holders from last three years, 25,000 traders from recent debacle). So is my mom on my advice, so I really need the thread to help me stop this from happening to her any more.

"Also, as you say your Mom is 76-years-old, *non-computer* and on the other side of the country from you, are you 100% sure there is no part of this problem that can be attributed to her, whether it be a data input typo or some other innocuous error."

I am never 100 percent sure of anything! I am with her this weekend and I have been a Quicken / Checkfree customer for about five years. None of the support people she or I talked to pointed to anything we could have done. I can't think of or see anything she could have done. If she did something innocuous, I hope we can figure that out because it still could be preventable for future users, and playing with OPM (other people's money) is a huge responsibility and Checkfree needs to be almost "100 percent sure" nothing is going to go wrong for their own good.
