For Newbies:
Here is a summary of facts and OPINIONS. Please read, visit the company website, call and speak to the COO if serious about investing anything other than "momentum" money:

* 100 million common shares outstanding (their limit)
* Float, unknown but 50%+ owned by small number of people and another 25%+ owned by others following SI so we know pretty much where the shares are.

* Pros - They have a 15 million dollar tax loss carryforward they don't need; use of some very sophisticated video database software code for their product development (being successfully used by others); advanced graphic compression technology with ongoing but small sales of a photo editing product; 10 million dollar judgement (including penalties) against Randy Jackson & Mom (brother & mother of the Michael Jackson); they have a OTC BB shell set-up for any company wanting to go public easily; Virtual Graceland CD ROM (Elvis's house); and lots of other potential people and companies to sue who cheated them or their shareholders out of millions of dollars or stole their software code.

* Cons - Current management has insufficient funds to reopen operations on any substantial scale without new partners or a buyout and is trying to find the best deal for themselves and us. We owe a former creditor approx. 3 million bucks plus lawyer cuts of the lawsuits and backpay for employees. Current rumor is that some sort of deal is close.

We have learned that Mike Fernandez, TMM's President, was in Germany with Randy Jackson last week for the MCY broadcast of the Michael Jackson & Friends concert and that TMM had some connection with the event. We also know that Tom Simpson (the TMM COO), Mike Fernandez and Randy Jackson were supposed to meet yesterday to discuss "business". There are many other unsubstantiated rumors about mergers, alliances, technology sales etc. Indications from the COO are that there will be news releases next week IF any of the above are wrapped up but he will not confirm any more details than that.
