I believe WaWa convenience stores, which are expanding rapidly on the east coast, have ATM's that do not charge a fee for any bank withdraw using one of their ATM's.

Also, other a few ATMs are free now.

One way to get around the ATM charges is to write yourself a check and cash it at your local grocery store, etc.

The very high interest rates and no-fees in the many other areas of banking make NTBK very attractive. In time, I'm sure, NTBK will offer more and more free ATM machines.
