Rande - More conjecture....The only reason they might keep driving the price down from here is to accumulate more at lower levels, IF it is friendly shorting. Plain old shakeout!

To make myself clear to others, as far as the IRS is concerned, these warrants were deemed sold at $5.91 when they were registered. Taxes are now due and payable on the difference between the exercise price of $4.00 and the registration price of $5.91, even if they are sold below $5.91!

The only event that would seemingly endanger this company now is being overtaken by new technology, but they ARE the new technology. There are now so many big players interested in this company there is not enough of it to go around.

PS:
Rande - just an after thought and a different perspective....
I believe registering all those warrants also keeps them out of the hands of the shorts if they were hostile critters. No?

To all: Regarding this summer. . .

Been working on website much of this week, to ultimately make life EASIER for us all. So I apologize for not throwing lots of DD at you in June [most of which, I was on vacation]

I have too many ideas to launch entire site all at once, so I have had to scale WAY back and give programmers and state-of-the-art a chance to catch up. If I can pull this off, it will make trading easier and quicker for us all. . .rather than being locked to the screen every single minute. . . that is the goal anyway. . .If I were able to launch it all, it would easily meet that goal. . . but I have determined that doing so is simply not possible at this time. . . . so things will have to be released in phases.

I was divided this past week. . . site planning, connection problems [again], semi-vacation mode with family. . . and trading. . . . and intend on being somewhat divided through most of the summer. . . my goal is to have things mostly back to normal by Labor Day. . . or, certainly by Oct. 1. . .in time for the next trading season.

I appreciate the patience everyone has shown here. . .
