Archie: The conversion can begin to happen in late December of this year and continue after that. You can choose to hold the PLOCP longer if you like. I have never converted warrants before, so I am not sure of the proceedure. Remember as the common and the preferred rise, the warrants should rise with them. If PLCOP pushes $5, I would expect to see great increases in the warrant price. Perhaps we can sell them at our goal before the conversion date. Are there others out there with more experience and knowledge of warrant execution/conversion? Baton
