Psychopop, That's very nice, but don't you think that your letter should be shorter. Remember their attention span. <VBG> Maybe something like:

Dear CIBC Sir:

CIBC seems to be attempting to manipulate the market in HEC. They upgrade at the high and downgrade at the low with little explanation. Blah blah.
