"Reminds me of a "prospectus" I viewed (in a study about the Great Crash) that described the company issuing stock as, "A venture of great importance and immense profitability, of which the details of the business operations must remain a secret." The offering was immediately fully subscribed."

Besides which, they appeared also to have plagiarized from Charles Mackay's "Extraordinary Popular Delusions and the Madness of Crowds" (i.e. "A company for carrying on an undertaking of great advantage, but nobody to know what it is.")

Maybe we can get some GTE lawyers to look into the matter.
