Timing is everything and having a second look at the web site I have to ask the question Why now? Why after all this time did they put up a web site? In my opinion things must have evolved to the fringes of the next stage. This would fit with the new management's style. One thing at a time and get all the bits and pieces put together rather than rush forward with a gigantic project(lots of hype and no substance). I'd guess that the web page is a declaration and official written notice that this project is for real. Cheers, JR.
