Re: the RUT. I think you may have get more movement to the upside, but will probably hit an overbought condition as soon as it breaks that 12 month high. It's looking mighty overbought right now, but the that little red line has crossed the blue to the upside on the daily chart. Many of these analysts are predicting a melt-up scenario over the next couple of months. However, I think it will chill up again around August/Sept as people hunker done for the January 1st follies.
